Overview

Program Overview

The Empowerment Bridge is a pilot program designed to build on the success of the Study and Stay program. Delivered with our partner “Expertise Hub Cooperative” and funded by “Office of Immigration & Multiculturalism, Newfoundland & Labrador“, this initiative supports Study and Stay alumni as well as newcomer professionals as they transition into the workforce, helping them secure meaningful employment aligned with their qualifications and expertise.

The program addresses specific challenges that newcomers face in finding jobs within their fields after completing their studies. We provide targeted support to help immigrant professionals navigate the Canadian labour market successfully and achieve sustainable, rewarding careers in Newfoundland and Labrador.
